Your soul is always communicating with you. Are you ready to hear the truth? At times you have to step back to do a little soul searching to remind you of your purpose. How are you caring for your body? What thoughts do you have that keep you from your greatness? It is important for you to nurture the whole person, which includes your spiritual, mental, emotional and physical needs. My job as your life coach is to help you discover who you really are by listening to the whispers of your soul from deep down in your core and take action towards the bigger plans for your life’s journey.
Relationship Coaching is not just “Couple Coaching”. It is coaching in the areas of self-love, relationship to others (family, co-workers, friends), and/or renewing yourself after a painful relationship (breakups, divorce/separation, death, broken trust, etc.). It is to improve and enhance communication and understanding between two people or a group of people; it is to learn how to deeply love every part of yourself; and it is to restore your trust in others. My job as your life coach is to assist you in clarifying and strengthening ANY relationship in your life.
In Group Coaching, I will assist with improving and enhancing communication and understanding amongst a group of people: Supervisor/Employee; Team Members/Team Leaders; etc. In addition, with teambuilding, as your coach, I will assist your company in working cohesivlely as a team and assist you in unifying all personalities and addressing each employee/co-worker from a mind, body, and soul perspective.
If there is one thing that I have learned about trauma-related stress it is that, other than having to deal with the stress from the trauma, often there are additional underlying stressors that you are also having to cope with. There is also no one technique to coaching someone through trauma-related stress (I'm not sure coaching is the correct word). However, active listening and connecting from the heart is what I can offer you. As someone who has experienced several traumatic incidents (that caused me stress and still experiencing residuals of that stress in some form or another) I will assist you in coping with and managing day-to-day life struggles, issues, choices and decisions.
Meditation can bring you to a state of relaxation, a sense of calmness and peace, which benefits both your health and your soul. It not only benefits you during your time in meditation but it stays with you throughout your day keeping you in that calm, peaceful state.
Guided Meditation (also called Guided Imagery) shows your intellect a living truth, which can then eventually move into your heart. Living truth is an idea that can be felt in your heart and will create change in your life.
